What is in the range

Ground spices including Turmeric (Haldi) Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, deggi mirch, resham patti and extra hot chilli, coriander, cumin, dhana jeera, fennel, fenugreek and cardamom powder; and whole spices such as Green Cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, black pepper, star anise, shahjeera, cumin, coriander, fennel, mustard and kalonji seeds, whole chillies, sesame and anardana.

How to choose

• Kashmiri chilli gives bright colour with mild heat; deggi mirch balances colour and warmth; extra hot is for spice lovers.
• Whole seeds go into hot oil first for tadka; powders go in after the onions.
• Store in airtight jars away from heat and steam.
